I said to my wife one time.."Hey.. we need to spend some of our down time together". Her reply; How can we. When we do get some down time together all I see is the back of your head playing that dam game...lol.
My experience here in regards to the "addictive" part of the game. 1. (This happens more than anything else) You either start to naturally slow down and find that balance to continue to enjoy the game. 2. You play so dam much that you get "BURNED-OUT" and leave, never to be heard from again. 3. Players DO get frustrated as they tier-up and find the game no longer "enjoyable" and leave. Last and probably the most common - players just lose the desire to play. The novelty wears off. There are a few more scenarios but I find these the most common.
Hang tough EVERYONE. Find the balance. Don't let a fun game that you can enjoy in your down time / past time consume you to the point of "burn-out or frustration".
My 3 cents..lol edge
