    Support not helping or replying to my messages regarding a failed purchase of a Promo Bundle.

    Normal 0 false false false EN-ZA X-NONE X-NONE

    I have paid but 10 days later I still keep getting a..."Purchase Failed, your purchase has been cancelled"....

    Please help!
