    Two matches.  First match after 1 hole, second match prior to match beginning, we were placed in the reconnection lobby.  Upon time expiration for my opponent to reconnect I received a resume failed message.  Lost $5 million coins for nothing.  No connection issues on my end.  Seems like a glitch.  Messaged WGT twice, no response.  Any thoughts?

     

    Update:  WGT gave me a 5 million coin credit.  Thank you WGT!

    I also have issue with a failed purchase that has left me 59.85USD out of pocket and I get no response after +-10 messages to the WGT Contact Center.

    Do they ever respond??

    If you are talking about an actual cash transaction, WGT probably cannot help. As they will state that they have turned over all the financial aspects of the game to third parties such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your best bet would be to contact the company that actually performed the exchange of funds for your transaction.
