    Hello,

If you have a VPN, be careful, you may have a problem if you want to change the country after registration.

A ticket was made, but I'm still waiting for a response.

    Can somebody help me?

WGT will probably take care of it for you. You might have to provide them a proof of your actual residency (a utility bill, a driver's license, etc.), though.

Need them to respond, like 2 days still no sign and no change. I’m giving 2 bags of popcorn out of five.

Give them time.  It's still just after the holidays, and WGT Member Services might still be catching up on requests.

Also, I will take one of those bags of popcorn... please and thank you 🍿

Technically, I do not believe you can simply change your country.

First, they will have to determine your eligibility.

    - At least 18 years of old

    - Be of good moral character

    - Demonstrate the Principals and ideas of the Country you wish to change too

    -  Have a basic understanding of the country's history and government

    -  Take an oath of allegiance to that country

Second, you will need to apply for naturalization.

Third, you will need to complete biometrics screening.

Finally, you will need to be interviewed by a Junior Moderator.

Assuming a successful interview with the Junior Moderator, your application will then be forwarded to WGT Customer Service.
