    All I do is click cancel, and I log on normally to the site.  It hasn't affected my game play either.  But, it is occurring after the update.

    Try going to the Flash panel and see if deleting that particular ad maker fixes it.

    How many matches did you start today ? Forty-seven... How many did you make it through 8... I will now try for the 8th time,,, to get a match to work... Without some kind of wgt BS,,, shutting it down.

    It has nothing do to with going to the flash panel.   It says that the certificate is invalid.

    Shade's correct...it's got diddly to do with Flash.

    sounds like they have a * wildcard ssl cert (* permits the encryption of multiple sub domains on one server ) that needs re-issued/renewed or is misconfigured.

    ssl's encrypt data and are issued on a dedicated ip basis so if something's changed on a serverside basis it will give that error too.

    ssl = secure socket layer.

    i wouldn't worry about it....it just means all your data is being transferred over an insecure connection lol.

    Check here

    put the cc away buddy :)  <--- Joking.

    by the way.....it's nothing to do with your pc.....it's serverside.

    you could click "i understand the risks" and add an exception which may fix the issue but quite frankly to an advert/data mining company I don't see the advantages of letting such companies mine your browsing habits.

    another common way this error happens shade....is if your computer clock is set at the wrong date or time....which if that was the case you'd be getting this error with every https site you visited.

    TBE

    I understand that. My thought was by deleting the offending advertiser it would force them to load a current certificate the next time.

    the offending advertiser's snippet of code is hard coded into the WGT site itself....so when Shade's browser loads the page or game screen it triggers the error.
