I AM TRYING TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT.

I HAVE DELETED ALL TOPGOLF FILES FROM PC.

I HAVE USED A TOTALLY DIFFERENT EMAIL TO SET UP A NEW ACCOUNT.

WHEN I LOG INTO THE NEW ACCOUNT, I AM TAKEN TO MY OLD ACCOUNT.

IS THERE ANY WAY TO DELETE THE OLD ACCOUNT AND MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT THAT WILL BE ACTIVE AND READY TO PLAY?

As per the Terms and Conditions you originally agreed too when you created your first account...

"Each user participating on the Site and/or through the Application may have only one player Account. If you wish to create a new player Account, please contact us at members@worldgolftour.com. If WGT determines that you have more than one Account, all Accounts created subsequent to the first Account may be automatically terminated without notice. Continued violation of these Terms, including the creation of more than one player Account, may result in the termination of all of your player Accounts. Your Account is non transferable. You may not allow any other person to use your player Account to access WGT, participate in any tournament or game, or to accept any winnings related to your player Account"

    Best of luck to you

    Don

Your skills in computing and gaming leave me with the vague impression that there exists a wee bit of room for improvement.

And no, you cannot delete an account.

And yes, typing in all capital letters is considered INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE by the posting guidelines. (Their capitals, not mine)
