So, what's your status? A L27 Amateur, just started. (NO pun, just to get an objective picture)

It all depends on how many credits you want to spend here. The main business of club sales goes up to L85 @300,000 XPs. There will be countless clubs thrown at you, promising another amelioration, only to be trumped by the next.

Then there are the tiers, somehow bound to your skills. Before you are two "Pro" tiers, two "Master" tiers, two "Legend" and two "Champion" tiers.

You may well play with the Starter clubs until becoming a Master, but perhaps you want to try out a lot of the fancy stuff? Caveat: You will tier up earlier.

The "top tier" of clubs start around L60, anything before is temporary, to stay in the game.

I'd not buy clubs this early, I'd even get rid of these COIN clubs. And, try out cheaper balls, e.g. the WGT GI3-S Balls @99 cr.

A budget way to get into clubs is to buy two short wedges (L39ish) and a 3WD, perhaps the MAX @L46, 500 cr.

As a general advice, buy when you feel the need to do it, for example after becoming a Master - you will learn why ;)

In addition, consider to switch Country Clubs. Yours is quite inactive, the owner has probably abandoned the game two years ago, only one Director and 20 Recruits (of 158) have been playing since December.

This CC certainly isn't worth your credits to buy CC passes!

A living CC provides more support to you - Canadians, lend this guy a hand!

Also what tournaments should I be playing? Or should I be playing any yet? Do they match you up with people the same level in tournaments?

Don't play any that require credits to play until you feel ready.  There are many free to enter tournies that pay out credits.

Yes, when you play in the tournies, you are matched up against others in your tier (i.e. pro).

My suggestion is to save up as many credits as you can until you are at a higher level before upgrading any equipment....  including golf balls.  Stick with the free ones and just learn the game overall.

If you play on a computer , download the WGT app on your phone.  If you're a mobile player then you already have it.  Use the phone app to watch videos for free credits and/or peruse the Free credit offers area and play games that payout without you needing to spend real money.  That's what I've been doing in my free time when I just can't play WGT.  (at work, watching tv with the wife etc.)  LOL

As Alosso said, decent equipment will be available around level 60.  Good enough stuff to buy and continue with until you reach the top level equipment.
