Can someone please explain some things to me, please. I have been playing for over 11 years. I am at level 137 and I am a Legend. I have top of the line equipment. I play a good ball. I play in the Play Now for coins tournaments. How do I keep losing to lower talent.?? As in Masters', Tour masters. And even lower. I watch these players, with starter putters drain putts from 40-50ft like the were pro's. I am 8 feet from the hole and my putts constantly lip out, or blow past the hole. Then my 180yd club will go 160...and yes I know the wind effects the ball. I've hit my 165yd club and it carried 225 (of course that was a lost ball....thank you WGT). I had a putt on St Andrews that was 140ft and came up 2 inches short. WTF. Please explain. I have had putts that show no break at all. I hit the putt perfect on the meter and it breaks 1ft to the left or the right.  I will have many putts in a round lip out or roll right over the edge of the cup. I have played the Showdown tournaments and placed in several of those.  So I do know what I am doing. Have I pissed off WGT and they punish me every time I play??? Have I hit a button on the computer that makes the game ridiculously difficult to play??? I lost a Play Now earlier to a Master. He even said, "I can see why you are just a Legend and your level". And yes, I do have upgrades on my apparel too. What I am doing wrong?? Why does WGT hate me soooo much???

Which coin room are you playing in ? The lower tiered players play off their tees in the lower rooms. If you play Chelsea for example they gain quite a big tee advantage. If you play Rio , or even Casablanca you will go off the same tee. There are a lot of very good mobile players showing as master for example that only ever play coin rooms and therefore may not level up as you would expect. They are just good at what they do.
Also , I believe it has been said before the higher up the levels you go it becomes tougher to putt , and also the requirement to be ever so accurate on all shots become greater.

It’s not you , it’s just the way it is , try the higher coin rooms and you may be surprised!

Its your putting that is killing you, your average on 3's and 4's is above par- your average is 65 due to saturation...your real average is probably closer to 70- anyone with an average of less than 70 regardless of tier is going to be a tough out for you.

Practice the putting and try to lower your average distance to the pin.
