Couple of questions:
1. Can unwanted apparel be deleted?
2. Can the apparel lists be sorted, newest at the top, oldest at the bottom?

I believe both answers are no.
Wear whatever attributes helps your game. Play sponsored rounds to gain apparel attribute levels. Ignore the rest.
