  my average was 68.33, after two consecutive rounds of 1 under par my average is now 68.75. How can this be?

  becuase you played other rounds beside them two rounds of under par ¿

  I am assuming you are talking about 9 hole rounds.

  Keep in mind that Kiawah island is a Par 72 course. So if you were -1 after 9 on the island, then a 70 would be averaged into your score.
