  I'm a computer IDIOT,maybe all the way around but that's beside the point,anyway I have no idea what a flash is or nuttin or how to clear it so if this is easily explained could some one do it here or on my wall.

  Hi Larry,

  You can clear your flash cache by going here and clicking on "Delete all Sites" in the Settings Manager.
  
  You can find some basic instructions on how to clear your browser cache here.
