Can SLOW internet cause the appearance of SLOW play? Either upstream or downstream?
I get dinged by other H2H players for SLOW play when I am within my first 45 seconds.
Not complaining, just trying to correct my problem.

I had one player send me a message just as our game closed thusly "horrendous playing time" I had always played within the 45 seconds you get so as far as I'm concerned I am ok. Sometimes you just have to figure something out. You really shouldn't be taking 45 secs on a driver though.
