hi all ...Ive just bought new balls that state level 21+
im on level 33 but i cant use them...Any idea why?

if you bought the balls, then you should be able to use them otherwise you couldn't have bought them.
they are not automatically equipped, so go to your inventory and scroll to balls and drag and drop them instead of your current ones, then save.
