ready go tournament credits not recieved after the tournament has ended a few hours ago

still no credits received from match play or ready go.
Is there somewhere to go to get an explanation for all the freezes in the game? and how constant they are. I have to totally x out of many games and just go to "resume your game" to try and finish a round? it gets very frustrating.

it happens rarely when whole rg is frozen. we manually end it and you should get paid out within 3 hours.
