I've been a customer for years and play WGT on PC and now I'm locked out I would like to continue playing on PC in the future but please advise
How are you being locked out?
Which OS is on the PC?
Have you tried to
- restart your PC and run the program,
- deinstall and re-install the WGT program?
Write in German if it's easier for you.
