There's plenty of videos on YouTube if you want to learn how to do a screenshot. Once you've done that, then you need to upload that picture to a picture hosting website, imgur is the one I use, then that will give you the link you need to post it here. It seems like a lot to do just to post a picture, but once you've done it a couple of times you'll think nothing of it.
