How do you determine the ratings for the different levels. I play almost every day and my level keeps going down. I was a Diamond 3 at one time and now I am all the way down to Silver 1. Please explain what is happening.
Those levels are based on how many coins you win during each week, compared to others in your group at that level. You start at 0 again each week.

If you scroll, you can see the "promotion, demotion or status quo" cut lines. Unless you're in the top ten, which wins a bonus stack of coins, it's just FYI to see how you're doing related to others for that week.
