  What can I do to get into one of the better Country Clubs?  Just send an invite and wait?  I was wondering because in a Clash it has first prize for a Max CC putter and was wanting that!  I just didn't know what is the best way to get into a club that they have to accept your invite?

  Any unconsolidated invitation can take long ...

  I consider it better to contact the owner and ask before any invitation in any direction. This guarantees that the owner is active and cares about outside interest.

  But, think before getting into a hyper-active CC on top of the "Golden Calf" game and expecting to receive the one(!) Golden Putter which is at stake in each Clash Event!

  You'll be at the CC owner's mercy, and there will be "a few" members higher on the ladder.

  Also, that putter ain't the pinnacle of clubs - testimony is available.
