I just tried to play the Golf Galaxy Classic. After 14 holes I had more than 50 putts. Why is there such a difference between tournament speeds and putting characteristics and those we normally play? Ridiculous!! I had one putt of 40-some yards that was downhill. I shortened the stroke meter to 25 yards and took a backswing of about 20 yards. The ball shot past the hole and rolled off the green. BS.
We are encouraged to play tournaments. I doubt if I ever will again.
