The higher the meter speed number for a golf club the faster the meter or the slower the meter? Thanks!

It may seem counter intuitive, but the higher the number, the slower the meter.

And if you are shopping, this might be useful...

The rule of thumb for all clubs and balls is, the higher the number, the better for the player - except for the credits...
