  I had an account linked to Facebook for 4-5 years but although I ended my Facebook account two years ago I still had access to the game until I uninstalled it from my IPad Mini 4 three months ago. A month ago I purchased a brand new IPad 6 and upon hearing about some multiplayer changes coming up (hopefully Friends CTTH) I installed the game on my new IPad but was unable to bring my account up. What can I do?

  You need to contact customer services especially as you have just started a new account . Contact them members@worldgolftour.com

  Not sure if this will help or not- If your password is longer than 10 characters...try using only the first 10 characters of your original password.

  Scott, I think he created the new account just so he could post his question here about his old account.  Accounts that use Facebook to sign in have always been problematic for WGT to handle.  Hopefully WGT Member Services will be able to help him get it straightened out.
