In order to turn that off, go to the Room Selection screen and click the green ACTIVATE NOW button at the bottom. That will bring you to another screen that looks like this:
Select SPONSOR PREFERENCES at the top, then make sure the "Auto-Purchase Previous Sponsor" option is turned off, as is shown here.
