    Holding a grudge requires effort. And I’ve always thought it shows that the other person still has power / influence over you. As hard as it might be, if you can get yourself to a place of indifference, that’s better. In fact, it will probably irk the other person more because they no longer matter to you or your life. They don’t matter.
