However, to reply to your comment, chipping isn't allowed on the greens in WGT (but BTBS is correct in saying it is allowed in real golf), but WGT do allow pitching when on the green. It's not as easy as it used to be since they removed the the ability to put backspin on the ball, and it's used so infrequently that it isn't really an issue. There are times when a pitch is useful and/or necessary, but those times are few and far between.
I take it someone did it once against you and holed the shot? I'm pretty sure he/she is unlikely to do it again if you gave them another 10 goes at it!
