    Yes, and no free rental period either.

    I binge played like 122 3-hole skins in 18 hours to reach L102 during the Christmas Flash sale when it was on there.  Didn't get the free rental (or the bonus that comes if purchased after the rental ends), but did manage get it for 25% off in the Flash sale.

    If you contact  customer support,  they will give you the free rental, if you already  purchased,  they will refund the rental discount
