I've read all the threads about allowing for wind at 0.58 per mph and all the elevation changes you need to consider, but take this an an example of chucking all that rubbish in the bin.
You are 22 yards away the wind is 31 mph against and slightly 1/4'ing, your wedge has a 30 yard flop. Well the only answer is FEEL.
I aimed a little off target, three quarter swing and stuck it to 20 inches.
