    This is the second time it's happened. I completed one of the offers during a 2X weekend to get more credits and I never received the credits. Reaching out to WGT Support yields no results as I never hear back from anyone. What can I do? I should have received up to 18,000 credits and never got anything.

    The only response you will get from WGT is that TapJoy and Revu offers are managed strictly by those respective companies and they (WGT) have no input on those matters.  You will need to direct your issue directly to TapJoy.  If you open your offerwall, then click the little "hamburger stack" in the top left it will allow you to see all offers in progress.  Inside each one of those offers there is link to file a complaint or open a service request.
