Certain positions on certain holes are just that way. They either didn't, or couldn't shoot the holes from every possible angle, so you get what you get. It happens quite often if the green is set tight against a pond or ravine.
PGA #5 is a good example - Par 3 with water all along the left side. If you happen to miss in or near the fringe on the left side of that green, there was no way for them to shoot from directly behind the player from that angle like you'd normally get in camera view 1 (unless they rented a boat to float around the water I suppose)
