  Hi all 

  am reaching out at my wits end for help and guidance.

  I made a previous post with no derogatory comments or language and was censored so I am hopeful this will get through.

  how Does the community go about getting help?

  Ive raised so many examples of quality issues with the game, clearly, specifically and politely through the online form and follow up via the members email address. 

  I can’t get any response or resolution.

  Does anyone know any other avenues for support?

  Bottom of page click contact, get in touch with wgt from there. could post in wgt discord also. i have been on here almost 8 years & they still censor me & block my replies so don't feel too bad. ;-)  p.s. good luck.

  If you are on a desktop PC, DON'T click the Contact link... It doesn't work.  Instead use your e-mail service and send your issues / concerns / requests to:   members@worldgolftour.com.

  Include your name, e-mail address and Avatar name.  Be patient and polite.  I have always received a prompt (within 24 hours) response.  The team has been most helpful with support.

  As to the Contact link on a smartphone, I've not a clue whether it works or not.
