There many players participating, world wide, and all are put in an initial group of 100.
There must be many qualifying matches, of 100 each, to accommodate all who sign up. After the qualifying round, all those players who qualified are then grouped, once again, in groups of 100, and once again after the elimination round.
The odds of you seeing the same players in each round is great. Sure, you may see the same member again, but most likely you will not.
