I've found that if WGT app is slow load, as it is from time to time for me, the TapJoy button won't work. I'll just close and re-open WGT until it loads smoothly (sometimes this takes several attempts), then the TapJoy button is activated again. I had to this just yesterday when I wanted to check my progress in a TapJoy game I'm playing for credits and the TapJoy button didn't work.
A few other things to consider:
- If you've constantly reset your Ad ID, TapJoy will block you eventually and it's a pain in the butt to get them to reinstate you. They use your Ad ID to track what offers you've already completed and frown on it if you try to circumnavigate it
- Some people report they have issues when using a VPN, others say it works just fine for them, so if you're using a VPN that might be your problem
Not saying either of those issues pertain to you, but just things to consider. Unfortunately you won't likely get much help from WGT on TapJoy/Revue/Survey issues - they say those are administered by 3rd party vendors and pretty much wash their hands of it.
