  Anyone else have issues with the current Showdown Royal. I shot -11 for 9 holes was leading my pool (of over 100 entries when it should be limited to 20) with 3 hours to go yet failed to qualify. They say my ranking is -1! Try again they say - I don't think so.

  I had over 3500 entrants in my first Qualifying Round and finished well enough to advance based on that inflated and incorrect number.  When the final tally came I too received a -1 position and told I didn’t qualify to advance, but was given another opportunity.  Another member of my CC experienced the same thing.  

  I did go again and everything functioned normally…and I’m leading my grouping of 20. WGT will reimburse the 50 credits for the round that went awry.  You just have to write to their CS department.

  Yes I did this and sent screenshots of my score, position and my -1 ranking. Wont hold my breath getting a response though, still waiting for a response to an email I sent them from several weeks ago regarding a Showdown issue.

  Same issue....shot -10....a 26....was in top 10...signed in next day to see my rank a -1 and I did not qualify.... Do they expect me to pay another 50 credits to try again?? They need to refunds for this BS.... They really should spend their time creating some new courses or converting CTTH courses like Valhalla and all others to Full 18 Stroke Play Courses

  SHOWDOWN ROYALE ISSUE AND REFUND

  In the current Showdown Royale, a number of players were affected by an issue causing them to be put together on one large leaderboard and were eliminated at the end of the round rather than only the bottom 50%. To make up for this issue, we attached a refund of your entry fee to this message and have made sure all affected players have been promoted to the next round of the Showdown which has just started today, 12/27. We're sorry for the trouble and good luck in Round 2.

  Got that email too. Received the 50cr refund but didn't permit me to play round 2 as I had failed to qualify.
