  Why is nobody doing anything to fix current problem which is 2 month old? I am sick of using ‘Customer service e mail’ as I just get back a computer generated reply! Come on WGT play fair with your players (customers) or else you will lose them!

  the game is unplayable and not fit for the purpose.

  First what platform are you playing? You come here whining that the game is unplayable but don't give us any information,. Some of us like Scott Hope know a lot that can help.

  Most of us have no trouble with the game since they fixed a couple of issues, So the unplayability must be on your end,.

  I hate to pile on, but once again you don't say what makes it "unplayable", what platform you're on, or any other useful information that someone might be able to use to help you.

  I haven't read or heard anything about gameplay issues from PC or Apple since the last update, and those with problems on Android have mostly all been resolved unless they are on an older device.  

  Sure, there are still ongoing appearance issues on all platforms, but nothing that makes the game unplayable.  Maybe what you're going through someone else has seen and knows of a workaround, but if you don't give any useful information you're not likely to get much useful help.

  Hi 

  I am using an I pad 2019 version but when I look in forums there are lots of people complaining not just myself. WGT admit there are problems and are trying to fix it (since mid November).

  Says the guy who has played 21 out of 22 of his last RRs way better than his average. You're on a good path!

  I'm afraid that that's the way our hosts work, as long as you have been here and as long as I have been here, which is about twice as long.

  My advice: Accept what you can't change, as long as you can feel the fun!

  If you really want help then tell us what platform you are playing on and why it is unplayable. Then 1 of us may be able to help you.

  I don't know about his problem, but I can tell you that for me, on Android, the mid-November update broke the meter badly, and it's still broken. Jumps like crazy on about 90% of swings. Every now and then it'll be smooth for a swing. When it is, it's actually disorienting. The meter has, in fact, made the game basically unplayable. For me, anyhow.

  Strange, My cheap work phone that Walmart supplied us with plays very well. Have you tried updating your Android soft ware?I was going to check what version of Android my phone has byt can't when not in a Walmart store, Our work phones only work with Walmart Wifi
