What I saw is the ball made it through a mouse hole there is at the end of the bridge. If you think WGT can "take" one of your balls in any possible way and reward you with a safe place, you have lost the first battle...
Just don't believe the man in the pro shop. Some balls only have a one shot life span. Trust me, I have killed many in their infancy.
