  As far as I can remember it was only ever 5 pages. Perhaps WGT assumed that if you hadn't found what you were looking for by the time you'd reached the end of page 5, then you would've got bored and left, or forgotten what you were looking for.

  "All" will be difficult to find because it's certainly not meant to disclose all of their customers. Alas, you can break it down bei country, (US) state and tier. In addition, enter a part of a name like "A", "B" ... for further separation.
