They've ripped me off a few times and I've shrugged it off. The last time they mostly pissed me off with their denial. I filed my BBB complaint along with over 750 others. Tapjoy has a history of denying credits and has been reprimanded by the FTC in the following complaint. The FTC ordered them 20 years of compliance to their ruling.

    https://www.ftc.gov/legal-library/browse/cases-proceedings/172-3092-tapjoy-inc-matter#:~:text=Case%20Summary,users%20for%20completing%20advertising%20offers.

When you follow all their directions, and they still deny your credit claim, then use this link to file a complaint with BBB. https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/san-francisco/profile/mobile-advertising/tapjoy-1116-303589

Well done! 👍 Somebody had to do it sooner or later.

By the way, does Tapjoy have their CEO profile on the website? Hope they don't because with such unethical business practices, it's only a matter of time before he gets a little "Luigi" visit.

Well, they let you post this, so that's something. I'd like to hear more about how people have been "ripped off" since I've never had any trouble with this game and credits.

In response to the title - no they haven't.  On the contrary, they've been very, very good to me lately.  I've made 100's of thousands of credits for minimal $ and very little time spent.  I never do the offers to buy products (Olay, meals-in-box, etc...), only the downloadable games with in-game purchases.  Occasionally I'll do one for a subscription service (ASPCA, Sirius, American Heart Assc., etc...) where you make a monetary donation and then just cancel your subscription within the first 30 days after getting your rewards.  These offers are all dependent on your geographic location and what offers you've done previously.

I used to have issues a few years ago, but that was mainly my own fault from me constantly changing my Ad ID and them not being able to associate my account to the offer.  Now days most of the games have a popup that shows immediately after you complete the first goal showing whether the offer was attributed to you, so you know whether to continue or not.

Yes, verify your game is attributed right after starting. It will say, "keep playing".

I went a quite a while without issues, and I've won over 20,000 a few times, but lately it's been horrible for me with back to back denials. Even where I got paid for the first couple pay points, then they deny the third. Makes no sense.

I have gladly bought my wife Olay before and will again, but haven't seen it lately.

Feels like I'm blacklisted. Glad you aren't getting ripped.

I consider my time valuable. So while there's no tangible cash lost, if I'm not rewarded for my efforts, my time is lost.
