"Please check your internet connectivity" is WGT's universal response anytime they detect that a connection problem exists. That message implies that the problem is on your end, when probably 99+% of the time it's a problem on their end with their servers.
Usually, it's because they haven't sent you a file (aka asset bundle) that you need in order for the game to fully load. In Maya's case, the name of the file they haven't sent her yet is "cleo_torso_cm_epic1", which I'm guessing is the C&M Epic top.
It's easy to verify that it's not your internet. If you're chatting live on Discord or Telegram, and people can hear you, your internet is fine. If you can load other websites, your internet is fine. It's WGT's problem, not yours. The message is misleading.
