What happened to Customer Service support@wgt

    Speaking as an active player since January 2009. I sure miss the days when there were active employees of WGT, both playing and responding to game errors, issues and concerns. I can’t remember the last time support responded to a request beyond the auto generated response. Received this auto generated email on 2/28/25

    here was my issue. Not the first time I witnessed this happening.

    Same or similar coin heist by WGT from the 500k Manhattan Room yesterday. With only 4 players in the room I entered, while player match up search was still I decided to change equipment and exited before being paired, and my 500K disappeared, which used to happened frequently when leaving the room after waiting for 5 minutes to be paired in the Tokyo room. This should be a simple fix, if you haven’t reached Loading stage, you shouldn’t pick the pockets of the players. Rant Over
