  why does 1 video always freeze while getting free credits then I have to go out of wgt and it takes forever to get back to it

  You must be using an iPhone or iPad. I've never encountered such a problem as an Android user.

  Alright, then something might be messed up within the app on your device… OP, has it been working fine before and then suddenly started acting up, or has this problem been there from the very beginning?

  That's happened to me too, on Android.  Not on all videos, but a few.  I think it's because the video for that ad is misconfigured in some way, so that it never plays or progresses.
