Tried doing two surveys this morning on REVU with the countdown timer. Says keeping working at the offer and when time runs out you'll get the credits. Both times with seconds to go, the surveys ended. Can't get a hold of anyone at REVU to complain.

    Complete time waster.

Thanks for sharing this. It's not just the REVU survey. I've had so many experiences where they only collect all my info and then suddenly cut off halfway or something goes wrong, and of course, there's no way to contact anyone about it.

What's even more ridiculous is that the surveys got messed up from their end and I'm the one who gets banned for "violating T&C" or whatever. LOL

Anyway, yeah, I agree with you 💯. Surveys are complete time wasting trash!

I found online a link to their customer service department. Sent all of the info over and all I got back was the typical bot response that really didn't address any of my concerns. This seems to be so common of any of these offer sites. If you read reviews of them, the beefs far outpace the happies. Tapjoy had to come to an agreement with the Federal Trade Commission over their practices few years back.

It's ridiculous. The fact WGT doesn't find a way to fix the obvious, blatant scams, just makes it more painful.  I'm still waiting on over 2,000 credits I earned, with screenshots proving it. It's been more than a week.

Unfortunately, any issues that arise are handled between the players and the survey or offer sites. WGT's role in this is allowing us the opportunity to earn free credits by having these companies appear on the WGT site. I've been told in the past that WGT does not get involved with players disputes over credits or access to these sites. I'm sure WGT is aware that it's a flawed process but there are probably legal dynamics in play as well.

I completely understand your frustration.. Having gone thru a few battles myself I would think that there are more reputable companies out there that WGT could offer to the players. I currently have an issue with REVU on their advertising of surveys. I've supplied them with information and all I keep getting back are robotic responses none of which address my questions to them.

Hopefully, you'll get your desired outcome on this.
