My two cents worth, I think the Nike balls are an improvement over the Callaways. There is a bit more distance but a slight mishit and a Srixon will out distance it, not the balls fault but the golfers'. The durability is definitely better than the Callaway as long as WGT doesn't tweak the ball in that area to make us buy more. What I like most, especially at the age I am, is, the meter is just a little slower which means I have a bit more chance to hit the infamous ding. Anyone can be beaten my anyone with any given ball on any given day. So don't look to any piece of equipment whether it be ball or club as the Messiah and answer to all your problems, just play the game and enjoy, there is always a whole bunch of guys out there better than we are still playing with Rapture irons.
