Hi there,
I rented the TaylorMade Burner SuperFast 9.5° Driver (L52+) last weekend
in the Pro Shop.
After I
logged in the next day I was notified that my bag was not equipped completely.
On checking
my bag I learned that one of my wedges was missing.
I am
actually not sure which club it was I am missing now.
I did,
however, purchase the Cleveland
CG16 64° Wedge (L31+) in the Pro Shop for 495 credits
to fill the void.
My only
explanation for this incident is a software failure.
Would you
have an explanation?
And could
you possibly make up for my loss?
Furthermore
I find the last four Callaway Balls still locked despite me being at level 60
already.
Could you
fix that, please?
