yesterday i entered a game which cost me 40 credits. while the game was loading to start a pop up came up telling me that there was a problem with the game and that i must contact wgt. i never played a shot but my credits have been taken, ive treid contacting wgt without successful reply or action from them. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG, I WANT MY CREDITS.
