    My first email/complaint about a skins game was sent 5 days ago.  Sent another 2 days ago enquiring about my refund.  Is it typical not to hear from someone by now??  Its bad enough I had to put up with a disfunctional skins game (3 of them) now this!!  Hmmmmmmmmm

    Erm, 5 days ago was 2 days before a long weekend. 2 days ago it was Christmas. You seeing a pattern here?

    My guess is that WGT had the audacity to take the holiday off, unlike golfers and their respective complaints, which I'm sure are piling up and will get addressed when they come to their senses and get back to work.

    I dont have time for people taking vacations on Christmas, outsource my email to India dammit and respond!!!  :)

    They did, unfortunately you never wrote your email in Indian so they are having trouble understanding you.

    I suspect it was you and many others who sent in emails, so they are doing them in order, so please bare to us. We also like to see no more emails in the mailbox :)

    i believe our e-mails go right into there 'spam' file!

    they do not. but there are over 1000 right now to go through, so it will take a while.

    first thing they do is remove spam and then move ones that are escalated to other directory and then start from earliest and on downwards.
