  For 2 days I trying to buy Irons, but everytime I got this: The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.

  Is there a problem with the web or the problem is in my computer!?!??!?!

  I am not sure whats the issue... but i guess it's something on the end of paypal or maybe the method of your transaction. 

  I am not sure... I recommend contacting paypal. that errors seems to be kinda non-descriptive.

  I have had a similar problem like that with paypal  in the past,   IIRC, it was because the credit card I had for my paypal had expired and I had failed to update with a new card.

   

  Either that or your paypal available credit is too low.    One other thing that just came to mind.........  my paypal hasn't been verified and it will only let you spend so much before you need to get it verified.
