    What are your career earnings used for? Can they be converted to credits?

    AFAIS, it's reverse. Credits earned by a player are displayed as $$. My feeble 1,50 $ come from the moves into the amateur (50 cr) and pro (100 cr) tiers.

    You have already been credited with your 'Career Earnings' in the form of credits when you earned them. They only 'Show' as $$'s on your Profile.
