What du you think is by the "Stroke Play" the best course to bring your praktice on a higher level.

I think the "St. Andrews --The old Course"  looks like a *military training area*, but is very hard to play, and needs a lot of concentration.

Bethpage will do wonders for your short game if you're just starting out because you'll barely ever find the greens.

However Oakmont's heavy bunkering and sloping greens will probably give you the best overall game as it tests all aspects of your game and if you're not on the button you'll be punished. Playing Oakmont can be demoralising at times but stick with it because it will help you out later. And when you do score a good round there, it feels that much better knowing that it's probably the hardest course on WGT.

I have a little different opinion, in that I think you should vary the courses to get a feel for all the shots that are required.

They are all different and each have unique challenges.  Bethpage is a good place to practice as a starter but once you get better Bethpage becomes the easiest course on WGT.  At Legend status it is by far the most easy.

    Play them all.

Thanks for the replies. Sure, this game can be very different, but I'm looking forward to the day when I press the "WGT starter clubs" have no more.
