  happy New year...

  i recently went to get credits - william hill looked good for 3500 credits - i gave my details and paid the deposit. my william  hill account was activated immediately... now, my WGT credits have still not been added to my account.

  Has anyone else had this problem, this was 2 weeks ago and i have sent countless emails to the support email add, i aint even had a reply.

  If any of you guys have had this problem, can you please give me advice what to do.

  If you are sending your concerns to WGT support, it might be back logged.   I have always had my issues solved quicker through trialpay support, who actually take care of these offers.

  Under earn free credits there is a support tap on the right had side, click that, find the offer you mentioned above and follow the links through that particular venue.

  If you have been doing this, then I am sorry to hear you are having these issues.

  I got my credits as soon as I had invested the minimum payment. Within seconds in fact.

  it may be a glitch then.

  i have contacted trialpay... but they aint replied yet.

  You guys are responding to a thread thats 5 years old .
