  To stop all notifications of any updated items from World Golf Tour, go to Edit Profile, click on the Site Options tab, then under Email Configuration, set Send Notifications to "No".

   

  ^^this is what I am told to do but I cannot even find the "edit profile'' button.  Can someone help me with this?

  I believe it is under account and change contact information.
