i like to give credit where it's due, so a BIG thank you to WGTICON for his help in me getting refunded the credits lost in the game, thanks :-)
however, i dread to think how difficult this would have been without someone like him on the 'shop floor' to contact, because the response from WGT themselves was non-existent and to be honest really poor for a game/business that is supporting paying customers.
so anyone reading this and having problems - stick with it and keep emailing, sending bug reports and messaging because if you've got the patience it can work out in the end. good luck is about all i can say, lol
