Re: Skins game problem, please refund our group WGT

    like many i've just had my first encounter with the bugs that exist in the skins game, the result was the 3 people in my group losing 360 credit stake money and a 30 credit charge each.

    now apparently all the messages in the forums get read so which ever WGT employee is reading this would you please see that the lost credits are refunded.

    i sent an error report during the game detailing the problems so you will have a record within your system. i have also sent an email to members@worldgolftour.com

    this is the first time i've had a problem like this, i'm hoping you don't let us down in dealing with this WGT.

    so someone has found the time to delete my thread about this in the Beta section, but not found the time to refund the credits to the players in our group?

    I wouldn't hold your breath on a refund Paul. This is a BETA game with bugs and you agreed to the Terms & Conditions when you signed-up to WGT, just saying. I feel for you Paul and WGT should be ashamed for not closing the Skins game format (or the credit feature) until the bugs are fixed with it. This borderlines on WGT misleading their members.

    Perhaps everyone should take their loss of credits as a learning curve. Do not play Skins for credits until WGT has definitively said it's Ok to do so.

    Get me once, shame on me. Get me twice, shame on WGT.

    i'm sure it will piz, nothing i've said has implied otherwise.

    i'm just saying it seems a bit crap that there's an effort to clean up someones thread rather than posting to someones problem.

    i'm hoping rather than expecting Rich. hopefully i'll be pleasantly surprised by the outcome :-)

    i was in the game with you paul and i'm fed up with it tonight it billed me twice for one game played and that is just DISHONEST of wgt by posting this they will probably screw with my game, but it is totally wrong of them and enethical they need to discontinue the skins challenge or fix it for now i'm done risking funds on it

    i like to give credit where it's due, so a BIG thank you to WGTICON for his help in me getting refunded the credits lost in the game, thanks :-)

     

    however, i dread to think how difficult this would have been without someone like him on the 'shop floor' to contact, because the response from WGT themselves was non-existent and to be honest really poor for a game/business that is supporting paying customers.

    so anyone reading this and having problems - stick with it and keep emailing, sending bug reports and messaging because if you've got the patience it can work out in the end. good luck is about all i can say, lol
